Job Description:

Work closely with sales representatives as well as the managers who oversee the product development process and report to the head of the sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate high-quality leads, follow up, negotiate, & close sales
• Identify sales/ business opportunities, develop & implementing winning strategy.
• maximize corporate revenue, support & awareness
• Present solutions to clients and address their needs.
• Secure orders, ensure product standards, and oversee product delivery.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve targets.
• Analyze marketing data, including market trends, competitor performance & product strengths
• Attended trade shows & seminars to promote products & learn about industry developments
• Prepare presentations and product demos for customers.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Assess equipment needs & ensure products meet customer demands.
• Recommend product modifications, tech upgrades & improvements to meet customer needs.
• Assist clients in solving product-related issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product developments
• Operate with high integrity, built trust, & earn sustained credibility with internal and external clientele
