Integrated Family Service Organization (IFSO) is a Non-profit local Civil Society Organization working in support of Children, Girls, destitute Women and Families including Communities. IFSO is currently looking for a competent project Coordinator who is, in general, responsible for planning, organizing, and providing overall guide and coordination for the implementation of a Child Sponsorship project.
Terms of Employments: One year contract with the possibility of extension.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Sex: Female/ Male
About You
Qualification: B.A/M.A Degree from a recognized University in social sciences disciplines.
Experience: 7 years and above related work experience for B.A Degree or 3 years for M.A.
Required Skills:
- Project Cycle Management, Supervision;
- Concept note development and preparing project proposals,
- Standard office software packages and good command of English language;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Experienced in report writing.
- Flexibility, negotiation, problem-solving and capacity building;
