Our Company Barok Tour and Car Rent engaged in a car rent and tour want competent employees in the job position of Accountant
Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparation of payment request and related Payment Voucher, Cheques and effect payment to beneficiaries as per the company’s procedures.
- Make sure all supporting documents are complete according to the guideline.
- Follow up and execution of Invoicing, collection and depositing all the firm’s sales.
- Preparation of monthly payroll.
- Taking care of Monthly bank reconciliation
- Preparation and management of tax settlement in a monthly basis (Monthly Income tax, Pension, VAT…)
- As per the company’s procedure, prepare periodic Financial Statements to the immediate supervisor or to the management.
- Managing the overall tasks of the finance department within the scope.
Job Requirements
Qualification:
- Diploma or BA Degree in Accounting and Finance.
Experience:
- At least 3 (Three) years of experience (Preferably in the related business but not mandatory
