Job Requirements
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
- BA Degree in Accounting plus, as preferable, additional skills such as technical Diploma and Training (ACCA-IFRS/IPSAs, Internal Control experience)
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Amharic
- Knowledge of Accounting Standards (IAS-IFRS Ethiopian Laws and Regulations (Taxation, Labor, etc.)
- Proven experience in financial and management accounting
- Proven experience in using accounting software (preferable ERP systems) and other IT Skills (Microsoft Packages, etc.)
- Good understanding of the financial and management processes (general and analytical accounting, payroll, assets register, billing, procurement, stocks management, financial reporting, budgeting, costs analysis, project costs and contributions, internal control system, etc.)
- Experience in supervision and coaching staff (capacity building)
- Proactivity, Problem Solving and Capacity to work in multi-culture environment
- Experience on project in nonprofit organization/charitable institution
