Job Description
- Responsibility for managing athletes in (ADAMS) from International Federation, International Anti-Spices Agency, from Africa Anti-Spices Agency, and ensures that they are turned on.
- Complete a photographic archive of athletes
- provide usernames and passwords for Athletes, coaches, athletic agencies to use the ADAMS management and management system, and password control the status of lost athletes.
- Ensure that all forms produced during competition and out-of-competition testing are submitted to the Anti-Doping Management System (ADAMS).
- Follow up on submitting diagnostic forms that are not submitted to the ADAMS Management and Management System.
- Monitor medical licensing forms for entry into the management and administration of anti-doping
- Follow up on the administration of anti-doping forms in a timely manner.
- Reports periodically on the Management (ADAMS).
- insure Notification of athlete’s address is up-to-date and accurate when you change address.
- Monitoring work processes of ADAMS
- Ensures the accuracy of information received from agents and managers on the (ADAMS).
- ensure An annual inspection plan wills compliance with the (ADAMS).
- Monitoring and Document Management System of ADAMS
- ensures The world anti-doping Agency that the records are maintained in accordance with the WADA (ADAMS) system.
- Confirms confidentiality to the Doping Inspectors with the mission code for the investigation of the (ADAMS).
- Provides periodic preparation of a plan implementation report.
Handle all other activities assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements
· A minimum of BA Degree in Degree in social science, sports science, foreign policy and literature, medical and public health · 8 years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience |
