DTP is a new trading company that currently imports spare parts and construction materials. DTP aims to use an online platform to connect buyers with the materials in a quick and reliable manner.
Duties:
  • Able to type letters, send staff to-do lists
  • Able to run errands
  • Able to give daily summary to General Manager
  • Participate in monthly training sessions to make sure the staff is as up-to-date as possible

By Contract,

  • Initially a 45-day trial period then a 2-year contract

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in English
  • Working knowledge of Google Drive
  • Able to typing quickly
  • Valid Driver’s License Preferred
  • 2-5 years work experience as an assistant or secretary
