Overall Responsibilities

The overall responsibility of the Associate will be to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of impact with the support of the Lead Advisor under assigned work-streams.

Career Level: Mid (5-7 years’ experience)

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Educational background in Economics, Management, Development Studies, Business Administration, Engineering, Law, Public Health and related fields;
• At least 5 years (for Bachelor’s) or 3 years (for Master’s) of combined professional work experience
• Experience in designing programs, performance management and M&E systems
• Fluency in English and Amharic required with excellent written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of public health policy and experience within the health sector is an advantage
