Premier Switch Solutions S.C. (PSS) is a leading Electronic Payment Processing Company, established by major private banks of Ethiopia. The Company has implemented the first multi-institution shared-switch infrastructure to provide its member banks with a state of the art payment technology to drive ATM, POS, e-commerce, Mobile Banking and other payment channels and provide clearing of Debit/Credit card transactions for the banks. At present, PSS has a vacant position stated below and would like to invite applicants who meet the qualification and required experience listed for this job opening.

Duties and Responsibilities:-

• Ensuring the clearing & Settlement of transactions are smooth,
• Ensuring transactions are  managed properly,
• Ensuring settlement are done timely among member banks
• Ensuring (local & international) transactions reconciliation are done timely,
• Ensuring unsettled and exception related with transactions are properly addressed
• Ensuring reports are delivered timely for management and for statutory compliance purpose.
•  Producing vital operational and statistical reports about periodic performance,
• Reporting fees to be collected from member banks for the service provided to Finance department,
•  Compilation of yearly budget and projection of operational revenues.

Educational Qualification

• BA/MA/MSc. Degree in Business & Management, Finance & Accounting, Economics and related field of study from recognized university

Work Experience, Required Skill

• Six years experience in banking industry or payment card environment; out of which two years as a senior officer for MA/MSc, holders and eight years’ experience out of which 4 years as a senior officer for BA holders.

Required Skills:-

•  S/he has to have communication and computer skill with high personal motivation and team playing ability and proficiency in MS packages is also required.
