Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on various vehicle systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Mentor and train junior mechanics to improve their skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and labor hours.
• Communicate with customers to explain issues and recommend solutions.
• Ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities Requirement

• Proven experience as an automotive mechanic, preferably at Level 3.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, and electronics.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• College diploma or higher level or equivalent; technical training is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience out of which 4years as Senior Technician/ Auto Mechanic in vehicle maintenance workshop
