Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish sales strategy and revenue targets with company Director and regularly monitor to ensure they are met
- Market research by reading press, networking … to identify new business opportunities, once identified pursuing to convert into client
- Monitor competitor activity and pricing and ensure Massida rates, terms and conditions are in line with market
- Answering quotations request as received by email.
- Keep sales report up to date and send it weekly to management
- Setup sales KPI to ensure weekly monitor of sales performance, send report to management
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events to get updates on job knowledge
- Meet prospects face to face to develop relations and market intel
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays for company’s promotion
- Negotiation of best prices and terms and conditions of third-party suppliers such sea/air freight trucking …
- Preparing quotations while respecting deadlines and following up with customers to ensure winning targeted business opportunities
- Once quotation is validated by prospect ensure contract is fully agreed and signed
- Hand over client contracted requirements to Massida operations
- Manage and assist to resolve any potential client complaints with management and operation team to ensure retention
- Ensure company’s information is kept confidential
- Entertain clients and prospects
Contract type: Regular – Permanent
Job Requirements
- Two years and above work experience with a minimum of two years in the Logistics sector
- Business developer and Marketing background with excellent communication skills
