Cosmar East Africa Business Share Company would like to invites’ young & energetic Qualified and competent candidates for Business Developer Manager vacant posts.
- Prioritize markets and determine market entry strategies for new regions and for new and existing product portfolios.
- Design and optimize Route to market to achieve distribution goals in a cost effective manner
- Collect and analyze market data to drive volume and distributions goals and develop new markets.
- Develop an understanding of current and future market trends that may impact Cosmar sales.
- Train distributors to ensure continual improvement in capability, knowledge, customer service, performance and profitability.
- Assist distributors with client training as required.
- Implement new sales strategies and techniques with the distributors and its team Establishes and enforce pricing and discount policies.
- Develop and execute monthly and quarterly reports in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop an efficient system to track distribution data by markets ..by using of both conventional & technology-based solutions Establish and maintain effective working relationships with distributors and other members of the Cosmar team.
Report to – National sales manager
Place of work: Addis Ababa, with requirement of frequent travel across Ethiopia
Job Requirements
Education Requirement
- BA degree in business management, marketing, Economics or related field
Experience
- 6 -8 years experience in FMCG Business out of which 3-4 years in a supervisory role are preferable
