Main purpose of the job
To manage the company’s stores to ensure that all parts and other stock are available as required
Main responsibilities
- Maintain adequate supplies of parts and materials to meet production requirements
- Issue parts, materials, and equipment from stores as required
- Receive replacement stocks of parts, materials, and equipment, ensuring that these are correct in terms of number and specification
- Maintain up-to-date records of all stock movements to ensure that optimum stock levels are maintained
- Carry out regular stock checks to ensure that adequate supplies are maintained
- Reorder stock as required to ensure that the optimum levels of required parts, materials, and equipment are maintained
- Maintain a tidy, safe, and efficient stores environment
- Maintain contact with relevant departments to ensure that stock items and stock levels are appropriate to their requirements

Job Requirements
Knowledge, skills, and experience required
- BA Logistic & Supply Chain Management, BSC degree in Automotive Engineering, BSC degree in Business Management and certified in retail warehouse management and related fields
- Good computer skills are a privilege
- Good leading skills and business orientation
- Excellent customer management skills
- Strong organizational skills
