Roles and Responsibilities
- Be able to organize, analyze, report and manage personnel files to concerned department.
- Ensure the proper documentation and communication of issues related to kitchen.
- Recording and preparing menu recipes and encoding to Property Management System (PMS).
- Managing and following any store and purchase requisition as directed by Executive Chef.
- Support Executive Chef so as to ensure the proper flow of kitchen operation.

Job Requirements
Educational Background
- BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Secretarial Science or related fields
Work Experience
- 2 years and above/Hotel experience is mandatory/

- Excellent English & Amharic written and oral communication skills
