DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the application of Engineering standards within the Group’s companies
- Ensure the proper functioning of all plant installations for the whole Group
- Ensure the implementation and respect of preventive maintenance programs
- Support to implement all continuous improvement initiatives in particular the tasks of the Effective Maintenance
- Develop and monitor investment projects for all Group’s companies
- Carry out studies and installation work relating to investments and new projects for the Group
- Carry out optimization studies (process and machines) for the plants operations
- Ensure Plants staff development (training and efficiency) in conjunction with the Human Resources Department
Policy determination
- Set the operating conditions
- Set goals
- Determine staffing and training needs, staff proposal for development actions (motivation, salary and category proposals)
Optimization
- Plants Maintenance schedules
Planning
- Effective organization and development of engineering staff
- Plants Investment program
- Improvement of manufacturing KPIs and process Yields
Main tasks
- Develop and Monitor Plants maintenance activities
- Execute and Monitor of CAPEX Maintenance activities
- Ensure the proper execution of engineering budgets
- Carry out process and machine improvements
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards for maintenance and new projects
- Develop and oversee the implementation of Effective Maintenance Program for all Plants
- Maintain maintenance cost for all plants within defined budget
- Maintain Health, Safety, Hygiene and Security Standard across Plants
- Track all plants energy consumption, cost, volume for (electricity, Diesel, furnace oil)
- Ensure proper implementation of EHS guidelines and Policies
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and provide the required training to staff

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
- Degree in relevant fields like Manufacturing/Industrial area of specialization.
- Demonstrated track-record and ability to manage complex manufacturing operation.
Experience:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience as Engineering/Technical Manager or similar role
