MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervising and coordinating activities of pantry, storeroom, and non-cooking kitchen workers as well as purchases, kitchen supplies, and equipment.
- Inspecting kitchens, workrooms, storerooms and equipment for cleanliness and order.

Education
- Diploma /Certificate in food preparation
Experience
- 5 years of Experience in reputable hotels
