Job Summary: – Under the general supervision of the Childcare and Rehabilitation Coordinator the Childcare Supervisor coordinates and works with the outreach task force to assist individuals with disabilities and the community to improve the health and educational levels of the poor to improve their quality of life

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receives service users admitted to the rehabilitation center by giving the clothes and sanitary materials and assigns them to care takers
• Plans, controls  and coordinates the food preparation for the admitted service users
• Supervises the cleanliness of the kitchen, bedrooms, toilets, bed sheets, etc
• Supervises and coordinates the services of the Caretakers
• Handles with care the properties and tools assigned to the Childcare unit
• Prepares and presents periodic performance reports about childcare programs
• Facilitates the food and room services to the Doctors and patients coming for facing treatments
• Promotes health and safety concepts and social interactions
• Performs any other related duties as directed by the Childcare and Rehabilitation Coordinator or MRC Manager.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATION, EXPEIRUIENCE AND SKILLS:

EDUCATION –           Diploma/Bachelors degree in sociology, social work, Physchology &related fields

EXPERIENCE –         4/2 years relevant experience

OTHER SKILLS –       None
