Job Summary
The CNC Fiber Laser Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining the company’s CNC fiber laser cutting machine to produce precision sheet metal parts according to engineering drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate should be a technically skilled individual with a TVET background in mechanical or manufacturing fields and hands-on experience in CNC machine operation.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC fiber laser cutting machine safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and job cards.
- Prepare and load materials on the cutting bed.
- Monitor cutting quality and machine performance.
- Perform routine maintenance and report issues to the supervisor.
- Assist with part labeling, sorting, and coordination with the bending and welding sections.
- Maintain proper records of daily production and material usage.
- Follow company safety procedures and ensure cleanliness of the work area.
About You
Required Qualifications
Educational Background:
TVET Level II or above in Machine Operation, Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Fabrication, or related fields.
Technical Skills:
- Experience operating CNC fiber laser cutting machines (experience with brands like Bodor, HSG, or similar is a plus).
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
- Basic understanding of CNC programming and machine settings.
- Familiarity with sheet metal thickness, material types, and cutting parameters.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
