Main Purpose

The Consumer, Market Insight, and Innovation Manager will handle besides gathering & sharing insights that can be used to inform and support decision-making activities, fuels insights from the Market and the Consumer, knows what the business needs and share knowledge, and inspire decision-makers. In addition, manage innovations in the pipe to design a winning portfolio for sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

§  Devising actionable strategies from consumer insights.

§  Bringing the consumer perspective to marketing decision-making by executing market analysis and research activities to provide insights and recommendations.

§  Managing external agencies for the execution of research projects.

§  Identifying ideal methodology and providing oversight on the data collection process and analytic work plan to ensure all available information is generated to support business needs.

§  Leveraging research data and information to proactively identify business opportunities and gain internal support to act upon these opportunities.

§  Conveying analysis and recommendations via presentations and written reports.

§  Generate relevant consumer insights that will help the business leaders in taking strategic decisions that will drive brand performance and business growth.

§  Manage Innovation projects from the business issue, and development of innovations in the pipe to a successful launch after critical analysis of business opportunities and requirements to win in the marketplace.

§  Lead development and commercialization of new products from ideation to launch.

§  Regularly updating the commercial through presentations and explanations of Innovations in the pipeline.

Job Requirements

Required Education/Experience and Key Skills

§  Minimum 8 years experience in product development, product management, market research, competitive intelligence, consumer insights, and Innovation.

§  Courageous and strong execution excellence with a highly collaborative mindset to drive shared results.

§  MA Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a Business-related field is required.

§  Experienced in managing a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research.

§  Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to develop strategy/decisions.

§  A strategic thinker with good communication and presentation skills.

§  High level of professionalism and a strong sense of accountability to work independently.
