The Customer Service Manager is responsible for the overall customer service function of the company and for ensuring effective and efficient service delivery, smooth and hassle free, end to- end and one shop service
Job Requirements
- The candidates are required to have MBA/BA degree in Marketing, Management & Economics / BSc Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architect is advantageous
- Relevant experience in customer service for a total 10-12 years from which 5-6 years management level preferable in the Real Estate or Construction sector.
- Energy, passion & enthusiasm
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, problem solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure/Resilience
- Being presentable & English language fluency
- Good working Knowledge of MS Office – Word, Power Point, Excel etc
- Customers & People management skills and Result orientation & drive for action.
- Team work skills and Knowledge of the CRM is (an advantageous)
- Knowledge of and Experience in basic financial analysis (cost-effectiveness, cost- benefit etc.)
- Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills and Proactive
- Good motivator /coach and Emotional intelligent
