Job Summary:

As the Customer Services Head, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional customer experiences across Getas Real Estate’s portfolio. This strategic leadership role is responsible for setting service excellence standards, managing tenant relations, and optimizing customer engagement to enhance satisfaction, retention, and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a customer-first service framework for residential, commercial, and retail tenants.
  • Establish service standards, rules, regulations, KPIs, and feedback loops to ensure consistent high-quality interactions with customers.
  • Act as the primary resolution or escalation point for high-priority tenant concerns.
  • Organize quarterly tenant forums to gather feedback and improve services.
  • Ensure 24/7 response capability for emergencies and inquiries.
About You

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing management or related fields
  • 8+ years progressive leadership in premium property management
  • Proven track record managing customer service activities preferably in real estate or mixed-use property management environment
  • Expertise in CRM platforms
  • High-level communication skill.
  • Conflict resolution & emotional intelligence.
  • Innovative problem-solving.
