Job Description
Key Deliverables:
- Prepare a business proposal for stakeholders.
- Develop strategic execution plan, – calculating time motion, develop route plan for field workers and controlling mechanism.
- Handle the session of briefing and explaining co-workers on the job to be accomplished or followed.
- Cascading work task to the respective person well in advance.
- Work with team members to improve growth and innovative ways of working.
- Come up with a new marketing and promotional ideas.
- Ensure controls & financial hygiene – Along with Finance team, to have check on asset
- implementation, visibility, and promotion deployment.
- Analyze performance of Accounts at regular intervals to initiate corrective action.
- Designing training modules for Supervisors monitoring the progress daily
- Ensuring smooth reporting pattern from at the right time
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate Data Management
- Identify and understand the reports required by the management
- Prepare standard templates for reports
- To provide accurate and timely information as required
- To collect data from market and relevant stake holders
- Prepare relevant reports for various stake holders
- Timely updating of records
- To maintain high quality documentation of all systems and procedures
Data analysis & inputs to management for decision making
- Use IT tools/ software for generation of reports
- Analyze the data available and provide relevant information to the management
Conduct market research & survey
- Understand the project requirements from the management and conduct market research
- Conduct market survey, if required
- Gather information through market survey and analyze
Job Requirements
Qualification –
- IT, Computer Science
- Owning Additional Social Science degree is Plus
- 2 Years’ experience in FMCG sector
- skill – Proficiency in Microsoft (specially Excel) is Mandatory
