About the Role 

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Digital Financing Officer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving our digital financing initiatives and ensuring seamless integration of technology into our financing operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experience and contribute to the growth of our digital financing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities • 

Conforming that every digital finance request complies with Shari’ah;

• Assistance and coaching for a consumer in improving their credit score and onboarding for digital finance;

• Collaborate with IT and product development teams to design user-centric digital financing platforms.

• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for new digital financing solutions.

• Oversee the end-to-end digital financing process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and bank policies.

• Train and support staff on digital financing tools and systems to enhance operational efficiency. • Engage with customers to promote digital financing options and address inquiries or concerns.

• Flow up daily digital financing operations transactions and receive approval/rejection;

• Ascertain that there is strict digital financing follow-up on a case-by-case basis with the alignment of the branch manager;

• Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payment;

• Prepares collection reports and overdue digital financing reports required by the digital financing manager

• Gets timely and proper solutions for deteriorating financings
