Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities:-

·         Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals

·         Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news)

·         Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics

·         Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency

·         Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews

·         Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout)

·         Identify trends and insights so as to allocate marketing investments

·         Plan and direct marketing campaigns

·         Manage an organization’s website and maintain it, keeping best practices in mind and optimizing content for the website and social media platforms

·         Execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms

·         Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand

·         Develop and execute social media campaigns for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and others

·         Brainstorming marketing strategies and implementing them, to Come up with trending ideas to establish selling point

·         Working with production team Photography, videography, and Editors

·         Demonstrable expertise in managing web optimization, marketing database, electronic mail, social media, and show marketing campaigns

Job Requirements

Requirements and skills

–          Proven work experience as a social media manager

–          Hands on experience in content management

–          Excellent Graphic Design and copywriting skills

–          Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)

–          Knowledge of online marketing channels

–          Excellent communication skills

–          Analytical and multitasking skills

–          Good understanding and skill in illustration video editing and other graphics tools

–          Experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, WordPress, and other tools

–          Create and Schedule content based for posting on social networks

·         Designing various graphic resources

·         Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

·         Layout and produce printed and digital publication resources

·         Creating and managing the company’s visual brand identity

·         Developing marketing materials, such as logos, brochures, website designs, and advertising campaigns

·         Establish and maintain relationships with industry professionals to assist in marketing strategy initiatives

·         Manage project timelines and deliverables for brand awareness campaigns and other marketing efforts

·         Identify new business opportunities through analysis of market trends and customer needs

Field of Study:

–          BA degree in Marketing  (Graphic Design) and other related fields

Experience

–          Minimum of 2-3 years related experience, preferably in a Real state  industry

–          Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

–          Strong creative and visualization skills
