Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Creation, execution, and supervision of marketing initiatives across different digital platforms to promote a Haile Hotels and Resorts Group products and services.
- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy of Haile Hotels/ Resorts
- Manage the digital marketing strategy
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
- Manage all digital marketing channels (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Measure ROI and KPIs
- Prepare and manage a digital marketing budget
- Oversee all the company’s social media accounts
- Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google analytics
- Forecast marketing trends
- Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement

About You
Job Requirements
- An undergraduate or graduate degree in marketing, computer science or a related field is required.
- Experience, ideally within the hospitality industry, in digital marketing.
- Efforts to lead and manage SEO, marketing databases, email campaigns, social media campaigns, and display advertising campaigns.
