We are currently looking for Digitalization Officer who will transform the country by the adoption of our digital technologies across the entire business including digital customer interaction and experience across the entire customer portfolio.

Would you like to lead and drive realization of converting traditional “analog” businesses process & practices to fully new digitalization way following IT renewal roadmap solutions?Its digitalization and automatization close to your heart?

Your task will be:Lead digitalization priorities for all core operational systems and customer facing applications in country.

Working with multiple stakeholders often with differing expectations.Balancing understanding for IT-systems and related constraints whilst understanding our business priorities and ensuring needs of end users are met in pragmatic and cost-effective manner.

Drive benefits realization key areas in the country utilizing experts in reporting, billing, rates, tarrifs, training, master data and architecture.

Your profile should look like:3-5 years experience required within Global Forwarding Environment1 years experience in AFR/OFR ops roleKnowledge of Process Control and improvement would be an advantageBachelor’s DegreeFirst Choice Trained (Bronze minimum, Silver)Cargowise Certified ProfessionalOther IRR programs trained (EDM, QuoteShop)Fully computer literate, with a solid knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPointEnjoy communication and interaction with people
