The Early School Director (female only) is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and development of the early years program, ensuring it reflects international best practices and aligns with the school’s mission and values. She will oversee curriculum implementation, staff supervision, and the creation of a nurturing, engaging, and safe learning environment for young children. The Director leads the early years team, ensures high-quality teaching and learning, fosters strong communication with parents, and manages the smooth daily operations of the early school. She will also support staff development, monitor student progress, and collaborate with senior leadership for ongoing improvement and school readiness.
The applicant must be a female professional with a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (a master’s degree is preferred), and at least 5 years of teaching experience in early years education, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. She must have a solid understanding of early childhood development, international early years curricula, and play-based learning approaches. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, as well as the ability to mentor teachers, engage parents, and manage early school operations effectively. Familiarity with using assessment and observation tools to track development and guide instruction is highly desirable.
