JOB SUMMARY

The Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) Administrator will be responsible for the optimization of ERP systems within Technostyle. The Administrator will play a central role in ensuring Technostyle’s systems are operating effectively, and will actively coordinate across multiple departments, as well as regularly engage end-users to improve the experience. The administrator is required to have a strong knowledge of business processes, project management skills, and extensive experience designing and managing ERP systems. The Administrator is additionally required to have a keen knack for detail and an ability to see the broader picture, meet challenges with enthusiasm. They should be open to working well and collaboratively with other departments.

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

  • Work closely with department heads to accomplish strategic plans and objectives to maintain and improve Technostyle’s systems
  • Manage and oversee Technostyle’s use of master files, roles, user views, data control, reporting, and data integrity
  • Manage and execute on-going maintenance and improvement projects
  • Design and run Technostyle’s quarterly reports for data integrity and accuracy testing within the system
  • Create new versions of reports and alerts as needed, specifically reports that need periodical changes and updates.
  • Coordinate across Business Administration and system users the creation of new reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to facilitate the best functionality of Technostyle’s systems.
  • Design and manage Change Management requests, approval and tracking processes across Technostyle’s departments
  • Advise and implement the optimization of quality control measures in the production department.
  • Create and maintain an inventory of fields and definitions for inputs/values within Technostyle.
  • Manage and track the status of all system changes, tests and upgraded tasks
  • Advise on communications within Technostyle about system upgrades or functionality
  • Ensure documentation, such as training guides, procedures, and test scripts, are maintained and regularly updated.
  • Research and survey end user needs and optimize the system to promote efficiency.
  • Organize trainings and promote the use and education of the system in the organization.
  • In coordination with the company’s business units, lead the design and development of documentation and end user quick guides as required.
  • Manage the process of designing, creating, implementing, and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytical tools .
  • Train and support Technostyle’s employees on the use of dashboards, data extraction, and any other support pertaining the system.

Job Requirements

Education Background

  • BA in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related field.

Experience

  • At least 4 years related experience

Preferred Skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and under tight deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple ongoing assignments
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Understanding of typical business administration department processes and functions
  • Develop and Maintain positive relationships with customers and business partners
  • Provide professional communication in both oral & written expression to work effectively with users, managers, and suppliers.
  • Excellent time management skills, meets deadlines, and is results-oriented.
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task productively.
  • Proactively seeks feedback on project and task prioritization as needed.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Takes ownership for the successful completion of projects and tasks.
  • Able to work productively with others to ensure the successful completion of assignments.
