Now Moti  is looking for competent Executive Bid Assistance, position vacancy to fill (hire) immediately.

Summary Statement of Responsibilities:

Executive Bid Assistance (EBA) will Develop a comprehensive and competitive Bid proposals, including assigning roles and responsibilities, establishing and regulating deadlines, securing required management approvals, and providing advice on Bid component development. EBA help manager to conduct cost estimations, develop bid proposals and negotiate supply contracts with clients.

The position holder will work with cross-functional team members to ensure a response to Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotations (RFQs), and Request for Information (RFIs) and facilitate the proposal development process to ensure on-time delivery of compelling, compliant, and well-written proposals.

Main duties & Responsibilities;

  • Assist on right execution of end-to-end bid process;
  • Register the bid opportunities
  • Review bids and prepare list of required documentations
  • Prepare non-technical documents
  • Assist in Assembling a bid team with the relevant service / product / business knowledge required to prepare a standardized bid document
  • Assist in Managing external consultants and partners, typically involving contributions from sales, product teams, finance, legal and delivery.
  • Ensures that bids are submitted on time and are as complete and accurate as possible
  • Appraises the contents of proposal’s to ensure that the contents are incompliance to RFP requirements, evaluation criteria, and technical requirements.
  • Track Risks and issues involving dates, schedules and compliances throughout the bid process
  • Follow the performance of all bid processes, evaluate post experience’s lessons and present report on every bid for the DPT Manager;
  • Monitor for relevant competitive procurement opportunities, managing the bid opportunities pipeline.
  • Expected to implement new ideas effectively within the company culture. Able to influence decisions and change management through collaboration, leadership and a customer-focused approach.
  • Establishing appropriate reporting procedure to ensure every team member is on the same page.

Job Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Customer oriented service, Strong problem solving and analytical skills , Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented, Confidentiality,
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are fundamental of this position.
  • Bachelor’s degree from diverse academic backgrounds and more of business courses to enhance candidate knowledge of business practices.
  • Experience of 1- 2 years on  similar position from reputable business company is mandatory;
  • ability to manage workloads efficiently and meet multiple deadlines
  • Self-initiation, able to handle multiple works at once and works under pressure, able to demonstrate high levels of initiative and who able to work closely with team members
  • Unique knowledge of Bid reviews and responses particularly for the Financial and other Public Sectors is advantageous.
  • The position requires analytical person with a sense of urgency and follow up and proficient in Microsoft Office including: PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Calendar Management
  • The flexibility to work outside normal office hours as may be required from time-to-time
