Job description:

 This position oversees the daily activities occurring in the factories. The tasks include supervising the daily activities of factory workers, ensure safety and production guidelines are followed, check the quality of the products from different groups, coordinate various activities in the production area, and reflect all daily activities in the production and evaluate factory employees in monthly reports. The candidate must be able to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously and maintain the correct assignment of individual workers to their specific tasks. The candidate needs to properly document the workers’ performance as well as any incidents in writing.

 Job requirement: 

• Candidate must have strong discipline,
• coordinating skills and great attention to details.
•  This staff needs to be able to communicate both in English and Amharic fluently as well as in writing.
•  This is a hands-on position that requires the staff to be with the factory workers and directing/supervising activities on the production floor constantly.
• Preferably with past experience as supervisors or experience with the factory and/or manufacturing setting.
