Zeleke and Amelework Enterprise PLC. is a private business company comprising a KG to Preparatory School, a Bakery, and a Printing Press. The Board of Directors of the enterprise is looking for competent candidates for Finance and Budget Head position in the enterprise.

Description

• Leads annual budgeting   process of the enterprise and also review all financial plans and budgets by  monitoring  progress and changes;
• Assists departments in preparing budgets based on goals, current revenue, expenses and past performance
• Analyses and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly and annual financial statements
• Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditor and the   administration and finance Head
• Manage the enterprise cash flow
• Improve the finance department’s overall policy and procedure manual
• Developing strategies that work to minimise financial risk
• Monitoring spending to ensure it remains within budget.
• Effectively communicate and present the critical financial matters to the general manager of the enterprise;
• Ensure internal financial   procedures are compatible with prevailing laws
• Oversees the management and reconciliation of the bank and cash accounts
• Other similar duties and responsibilities assigned by the General Manager of the enterprise

Main requirement 

• A minimum of a Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance, or other similar fields of study

Minimum Experience Required

• 8 years of experience as Finance and Budget Head in multi-business private company
