Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
  • Manage the company’s financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, accounting policies and regulatory requirements
  • Find ways to reduce or maintain costs by studying financial reports and business process.
  • Aid management in financial decisions.
  • Maintain up to date financial system knowledge
  • Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
  • Hiring, training, and evaluating employees, taking corrective action when necessary.
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
  • Working with accounting and management team to set budgets, monitor spending, and processing payroll and other expenses.
  • Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance
  • 5 plus years of experience
  • Trading company experience is a plus

Skills

  • Good strategic thinking,
  • Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
  •  Strong leadership skills.
