Job Description
- Multifunctional role as Finance Manager working on control, FP&A & operational finance
- Manager of team of 8-9 fte
- Main objectives
- Function as BP to GM to drive the business
- Lead integration project of local finance into PepsiCo structure
- Educate local team of high potential but low experience colleagues
- Lead expansion finance
- Manage local company needs on FX, tax, etc
- Providing insightful analysis of business results to senior management and perform ad-hoc analyses that lead to problem solving and business improving recommendations
- Reporting and analysis including periodic reporting, periodic forecast analysis and deck preparation
- G&A recording, forecasting, planning and tracking monthly expenses
- Supporting strategic plan and AOP development, including deck analysis and deck preparation
- Assisting a broad range of senior leaders in actuals vs plan/forecast and analysis
- Period close activities to include working closely with the Controller’s group to ensure accuracy and completeness of entries
- Work with cross-functional teams to manage P&L expectations
Strong working relationships with other partners in the market. Specifically:
- BU Control, & Reporting
- BU Foods & Beverages
- BU and Region FP&A and reporting teams
- Support the GCS Controller include Control owners for key controls and ownership of documentation.
- Driving and ensuring compliance with PepsiCo Global standards and policies
- Provide coaching and development on processes and policies to drive Control excellence
- Manage the relationship between Regional Control/FR team to ensure regular update on Finance Control and Regional requirements
- Drive improvements in Control agenda and drive best practice processes

Qualifications
- University degree, with Professional accounting qualification recommended
Previous Experience
- Experienced accounting background
- 3-5 years experience in similar role.
- Knowledge of beverage business or comparable FMCG/retail businesses
- Experience of PepsiCo Reporting, Planning and Control processes
