Description
OWS Development Fund /OWS-DF/’s activities mainly cover Somali Region and Head Office bases in Jigjiga City. Our Addis Ababa office is looking for a competent finance administrator and office assistant.
Finance and office assistant is responsible for:
- Assisting OWS-DF’s relations with donors, UN agencies, INGOs and private foundationsAssisting with office tasks related to government offices
- Attending Meetings representing the office upon delegation
- Being contact person at the office
- Handling travel arrangements for staffs
- handling finance related tasks
- other office administration tasks
The duties and responsibilities include providing other administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office through a variety of tasks related to document organization and communication. The position requires strong command of English language and computer usage skills.
Job Requirements
Experience (minimum)
- 2 Years for BSc. Or 1year for MSc. in finance administration / accounting. NGO experience is plus.
Education (minimum)
- BSc or MSc in Accounting or Business administration
