Job Description
- Manages the performance of the business managers and administrative staff in the business units of the enterprise.
- Ensures the overall delivery and quality of all the business units’ offerings to customers.
- Leads the enterprise business and strategic planning
- Ensures the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business
- Engages in the training and development of middle and line managers and administrative staff.
- Oversees the preparation and execution of budgets.
- Evaluates performance and productivity of all the business units of the enterprise.
- Analyses accounting and financial data regularly and provide feedback
- Researches and identifies business growth opportunities of the enterprise.
- Reports regularly to the BOD of the enterprise on the overall performance of the enterprise
- Perform other duties assigned by the Board of Directors of the enterprise
Job Requirements
Main requirement
- A minimum of a Bachelor degree in Business Management or Accounting & Finance, or other similar fields of study
Minimum Experience Required
- 10 years of experience as General Manager in a multiple-business private company
