- Lead and control subordinates
- Visiting sites and solve the problems
- Make assessment for new market
- Bring new ideas for the company
- Having capacity for Preparing strategic plan
- Facilitate and provide training and support for the new and old staffs
- Follow up the financial status
About You
Education background
- BA/MA degree in Management or related field of studies
Work Experience
- Ten years and above in managerial position out of which 5 years experience in security agency.
- Having experience in Ethiopian Police or military is mandatory
