Job Summary
Responsible for the attendance and smooth operation of the Emergency Electric Power and the relevant facilities of the plant room. Also responsible for execution of daily, weekly and other planned preventive maintenance activities of Emergency Electric Power Generators, Fire pump Generators, Generator controls, fuel storage & distribution systems and low voltage rooms. Performs inspections and periodic maintenance on Emergency Generators & Fire pump Generators, Generator controls, fuel storage and distribution systems, Transformers and low voltage rooms. Maintains proper record keeping of the operation and performance of the generators, fuel storages, transformers and all electrometers. Reports any defects in due time and ensures timely corrective measures.
