Primary Logistics: ensure scheduling of trucks (rented and own) is continuous between all factories, warehouse, and agents.
- Multiple turn-around of trucks between sites
- Full truck loads
- Minimize double-handling with direct deliveries
- Evacuation of product from all factories
- Trucks scheduling, management and discipline – manage own drivers and 3P logistic providers
Secondary Logistics:
- Coordination with Sales of agents and sales team
- Ensure own vehicles are operational – maintenance and fuel controlling (for owned fleet)
- Manage own and outsourced Drivers discipline
Reporting as per the SOP.
- Daily reporting of trucks
- Daily reporting of deliveries
- Daily reporting of stock movements form the factories and warehouse\
- Cost and Fuel Controlling and Reporting
Documentation for vehicles – BOLO, Registration Libre, Insurance and 3P insurance updated; technical maintenance records, repair records and tires
Job Requirements
- BA/Bsc in Supply Chain, Logistics or related fields
- Minimum years experience as a manager
- Minimum 3 years in FMCG business experience is mandatory
