Beyo PLC was founded in 1998 with a vision to provide its customers with quality products and expert services while assuring them competitive prices. Over the years, BEYO has achieved an increasing number of business partners nationally and internationally.
While Beyo’s Head Office is located in the heart Bole, it also has an assembly plant Located in Legetafo. Our assembly plant in Legetafo lies on 24,000 m2. Willing to expand our plant in the near future, we offer the same quality products, now for a lower price. We will also be exporting these locally assembled products to different countries within the next few months.

Main responsibilities:
- Provides support by entering, formatting, and printing information, answering phone, maintaining equipment and supplies, maintaining and organize employees and HR filling system.
- Shall formulate reporting skills, dependability, organizing, scheduling, confidentiality, independence, orienting employees, verbal communication, teamwork, Microsoft office skills.
- Assist in recruiting and staffing by announcing vacancies and scheduling interview appointments
- Accommodate and administer safety equipment’s of employees and the company
- Update/renew temporary employment contracts.
- Facilitating staff performance appraisal
- Shall have knowledge about labour law proclamation No.1156/19 (in order to give verbal and written warnings to employees)
