Job Description
§ Follows up, organizes and handles personnel records.
§ Collects and organize data with regard to human resource management function, assists the immediate supervisor in undertaking studies with related matters.
§ Collects and compiles statistical data on personnel matters.
§ Follows up, approves and records attendance of employees, prepares attendance reports for payment.
§ Drafts letters on personnel issues and submits for signature in accordance with decision.
§ Follows up and notifies in due time the concerned officials about ending contracts and probation periods.
§ Distributes employees’ performance evaluation forms, ensures that all are filled out properly and compiles the result.
§ Performs registration of applicants and preliminary screening.
§ Assist the facilitation of learning & development programs.
§ Follow the company grooming and uniform management guidelines are adhered.
§ Encodes personal data into computer.
Job Requirements
§ BA Degree in Business Management or Management or Human Resource Management or related field of studies.
§ Minimum of 2 years related work experience.
§ Good Interpersonal skills.
§ Able to communicate commendably.
§ Proven skill in basic computer and writing.
§ Good understanding of labor law
