Main Responsibility

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues;
  • Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices;
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions;
  • Implements employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management;
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital;
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization;
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance;
  • Assess and Identify training and development opportunities; and monitor training programs to all employees;
  • Manage and support supervisors and staffs to develop skills and capabilities by conducting staff performance evaluations;
  • Develop human resource plans as per the firms strategic direction;
  • Prepare, develop and implement procedures and policies on all HR activities;
  • Review employment contracts prepared by senior and associates;
  • Manage job interviews and recruitment services;
  • Provide new employee induction program for senior staffs;
  • Plan, develop and execute a human resources plan and personnel management policies and procedures;
  • Ensure and follow-up tasks are carried out according to the firm’s policies and procedures;
  • Guide and support staffs under his/her supervision;
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management;
  • Evaluate the performance of associates and senior associate for engagement and year-end reviews;
  • Perform other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

Educational and Experience Required

  • BA/MBA in Management, Human Resources, Business Management and related filed.
  • 8 Years’ experience for BA holders and 6 years’ experience for MA holders in Human Resources Management; and at least 3 years’ experience in managerial position.

Certification or License Required

  • No

Ability and Skill Required

  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships.
  • Decision making skills, sense of judgement and balanced perspective.
  • Managerial Leadership (planning, organizing, monitoring, staffing and leading).
  • Report writing, editing, data gathering and analytical skills.
  • Communication both verbal and written, and outstanding customer relations.
  • Critical thinking, creative thinking and innovation.
