Job Requirements
EDUCATIONAL LEVEL: –
- BA Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration or related discipline from a recognized university
EXPERIENCES: –
- 4 years in HR Management and administration in private companies. Experiences from manufacturing industry and import export companies are advantageous.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:–
- Working knowledge and skills of human resource management principles and administration practices
- Working Knowledge of Ethiopian labor law
- Excellent skills of preparing different memos for different Administration and HR issues
- Fluent in English and Amharic at speaking and writing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, proactive and good team player
- Good computer operating skills in Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
