Responsibilities
- Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions, and redundancy packages with staff
- Making sure that staff get paid correctly and on time
- Maintaining employee records and paperwork
- Managing pensions and benefits administration
- Looking after the health, safety, and welfare of all employees
- Organizing staff training
- Monitoring staff performance and attendance
- Working with line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer’s employment policies and procedures
- Advising on disciplinary and employee performance problems
- Perform duties such as job descriptions, job posting, promotion, and hiring analytics
- Assist in performance management and employee evaluation
Job Type: Full time – 40hrs/wk.

Job Requirements
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, management, or related fields.
- 1 – 2+ years of experience as human resources officer.
- Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training & development, etc.
- Good understanding of labor laws.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good decision-making and Problem-solving skills.
