Job Summary
The Human Resources & Administration Manager is responsible for overseeing all HR and general administrative functions within the company. This role ensures the development and implementation of modern HR policies, employee development programs, and administrative procedures to align with organizational goals. The Manager will focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance with labor laws, and optimizing general office services. Additionally, they will work to foster a positive work environment that supports employee engagement and business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, direct, and oversee all human resources and general administrative services.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs in areas such as workforce planning, recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR-related matters.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of personnel records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Design and implement an efficient Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to support decision-making and organizational needs.
- Review and oversee employee benefit programs, including salary administration, bonuses, incentives, per diem rates, and management compensation plans.
- Develop and supervise employee welfare and recreational programs to foster a positive work environment and strong labor relations.
- Assess and manage current and future HR needs, including overseeing the administration of retirement plans.
- Establish and implement an objective performance appraisal system for fair promotions, salary increments, and training programs.
- Conduct regular visits to work sites to ensure compliance with company policies and assess workplace conditions.
- Supervise the provision of general administrative services, including security, transportation, office management, and communication services, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- achelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience, with at least 2 years in an HR & Administration Manager role.
