Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team! As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our HR department in the development and execution of HR strategy, policies and objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Experience in talent acquisition and management, recruitment and selection, or human resources advisory services is an asset
• Good understanding of the full recruitment process and managing the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
• Implementing, and evaluating all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
• Knowledge of Performance Management, Career Development support.
• Performing quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
• Work closely with payroll and other departments, exercising discretion while working with highly confidential information
• Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements
• Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economy, or equivalent related degrees to HR functions
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience of progressive and hands-on Human Resources and Administrative functions
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good command of English is a must
