Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve the factory system infrastructure to provide the Group with an effective IT environment
- Implement IT-related projects
- Provide support to different applications in the Factory
- Provide end-user support
- Identify, investigate, and resolve IT-related problems
- Follow the IT standard, policy from Group IT
Job Requirements
Education: First Degree in Computer Science /Electrical & Computer Engineering/Information Technology or related field of study.
Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in a technical support role preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Other Requirements for the job:
- Familiar with Linux, Windows, VMWare, Nutanix, Cisco, Wifi, Mitel, O365, ServiceNow, Salesforce
- Hardware and software maintenance, troubleshooting networked systems
- CCNA or any relevant IT certificates preferred
- Proactive and lead the projects independently
- Has the drive to listen to others, accurately understand their issues and problems and dig deeper for more to find solutions
- Has the drive to meet or exceed a standard of excellence on an ongoing basis
