The GIZ – Responsible Governance of Investment in Land (RGIL) is looking for a consulting firm who are eligible to participate in this public bid, are herewith requested to submit their proposals “to Develop National Responsible Agricultural Investment Guideline”.

The bidder is required to provide personnel who are suited to filling the positions described, on the basis of their CVs, the range of tasks involved and the required qualifications.
The below specified qualifications represent the requirements to reach the maximum number of points.
Job Requirements
Qualifications of the Consultants
Team leader
– MSc/Phd degree in land administration, Land use planning, Land governance, land law and related fields
– 10 years of professional experience in land administration and governance.
– 5 years in Ethiopian Land Administration sector legal establishments.
– 6 years of management/leadership experience as project team leader or manager in a land governance project, institution,
– 3 years of experience in projects in regional and global institutions
– 6 years of experience in Development Cooperation projects
– Experience in Ethiopian Agricultural investment land administration
Socio Economist
– Msc in agricultural economics/economics social anthropology and related fields
– 8 years’ experience in large scale agricultural investment land administration and governance
– 5 years proven experience in developing strategic guidelines
– Experience in the Ethiopian agricultural investment land administration system
– Working with GIZ and other development agencies/organizations.
– Experience in social anthropology and commercial farm management
Environmentalist
– MSc/Phd degree environmental sciences
– 8 years of professional experience in environmental protection assignments
– 5 years proven experience in developing strategic guidelines
– Experience in the Ethiopian agricultural investment land administration system with environmental focus
– Work experience in Development Cooperation projects
– Experience in anthropology
Land Administration Expert
– MSc/Phd degree land administration/governance
– 8 years of professional experience in studying, researching, monitoring and evaluation of impact of large scale agricultural investments on tenure security
– 5 years proven experience in developing strategic guidelines
– Experience in the Ethiopian agricultural investment land administration and governance system
– Experience in Development Cooperation DC projects
– Experience in grievance handling and conflict management
