Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing IT related policies and best practice guides for the organization
• Organize the IT Department of the organization
• Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT systems and services
• Architect, design and engineer the Information Systems of the organization
• Plan and execute the acquisition of systems and services for the organization
• Ensure regular checks are done on network, systems and data security
• Work with the functional department in identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
• Designing training programs and workshops for staff
• Ensure Conducting regular system audits
• Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
• Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget
• Providing direction for IT team members
• Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement
•  Cope up with new technology trends and figure out how the organization can benefit by re-designing systems and services

Qualification

• A minimum of M.Sc. in Computing fields (Information Systems, IT, ICT, Computer Science, Information Science, Computer Engineering and related fields

Work Experience

• More than 8 years of experience (at least 4 years as ICT/IT director/manager)
• Experience in Construction industry/ manufacturing industry is preferred
• Experience on project management is preferred
•  Knowledge and Experience on ERP implementation is mandatory
