Dhakabora Extrusion is the leading manufacturing industry engaged in production & supply of Alumunium profile, mainly for Private& Government construction sector. We want to recruit and hire a highly skilled, competent & versatile professional Human resource

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives & production department
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  •  Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (attendace records, staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
  •  Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Assess & report the health & safety issues of the company.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  •  Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
  •  Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  •  Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
  •  Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
  • Follow-up medical illness insurance and handle staff medical insurance reimbursement.
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems,
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible filing of documents. Create and organize information, and generate reference tools for easy use.
  • Compile, proofread and revise drafts of documents and reports (quarter, annual..),  prepare reports, presentations and correspondence accurately and swiftly.
  • Ensure timely renewal/termination of staff contract and liase with all units.
  • Assist & check out that recruitment, promotion, transfer, staff benefits and other personnel issues are applied according to the standard polices and procedures.
  • Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Competences

  • Strong personnel management experience.
  • Excellent MS Office working knowledge
  • Ability to work under pressure and Meet competing deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Good interpersonal and public relation skills

Education Qualifications and Requirement

  • BA degree in Management, Business Administration or Human Resource Management
  • Proven skills in administration and human resources management.

Experience

  • 1-2 year experience.
