- Perform planning and carryout microbial or chemical test of milk and milk products, water and environment to detect harmful microorganisms and to obtain information about source of contamination and pollution
- Isolate and make culture of bacteria or microorganisms in prescribed media controlling moisture ,aeration, temperature and nutrition
- Observe the production and packaging of the product that affect the shelf stability and implement risk mitigation mechanisms
- Prepare daily technical report and recommendation based up on investigation outcomes
- Make reporting to quality manager
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager
Job Requirements
- Bsc degree in microbiology or chemistry
- More then 3 years experience
- Good communication skill
