Boortmalt Ethiopia P.L.C, a member of Boortmalt n.v among the leading maltsters in the world; a company engaged  in agro-industrial sector and malting barley supply chain development in Ethiopia; Looking for passionate and dynamic professionals with relevant  work experience for the following position:-

Key functions/responsibilities   

• Follow-up of on time delivery of PP bags to Adama store;
• Plan, organize and follow the delivery and availability of PP bags to every barley collection locations;
• Maintain a procedure to truck on time delivery of PP bags, used PP bags and to avoid misuse/wastage of the PP bags delivered to the barley collection locations;
• Assist the management and the field team on gathering of quotations, selection and assignment of grain transport service providers;
• Ascertain the contracts are in place and signed between the selected transportation service providers and the company;
• Make sure the transportation engagements are cost effective and efficient;
• Engage in the daily gathering and preparation of fleet reports for the barley transferred from the store to the Malting House;
• Engage in fluent communication with the supply chain team, the store and the management;

Contract length :  

• Starting from October  21^stfor 6 month with possibility of extension depending on results and company needs.

 Location                                 

• Based at Adama and W. Shewa Oromia with some travel to Addis Ababa

Job Requirements

Qualifications :

• Experience in logistics or transport industry

Experience

• Minimum of three years experience

Additional qualification

• Good communication skill, self-driven, report writing skill, organized.

Language    

• Able to communicate in English, Afaan Oromoand Amharic.
